I'm Stephanie Weinstein, and my journey through the world of wellness started with a Bachelor of Arts in Biology from Stern College, which taught me the beauty of the human body inside and out. I continued my pursuit of knowledge with a Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Touro College, earning my stripes as a Board Certified Physical Therapist in the bustling heart of New York. But it doesn't end there – across the ocean, I've proudly earned my Professional Physiotherapist certificate from the Ministry of Health in Israel. And while it's true that I once found my name in the Hall of Fame at Stern College for basketball and cross country, I'm now more interested in helping you feel like the MVP of your own health journey. As a certified Pilates instructor recognized by the Israel Pilates Organization, I'm excited to share my passion for movement and wellness with you!"
